Tom Cruise sold his condo in New York City's East Village for around $3 million, reported The Real Deal. The apartment was in the American Felt Building, named for the manufacturer that previously occupied the building and supplied felt for Steinway pianos. Spanning 2,200 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths and a state-of-the-art gym, it is on the tenth floor of the 12-floor building. (
