It looks like Katie Holmes may finally be ready to start dating once again following her divorce from ex husband Tom Cruise, but insiders say that the actress has been left 'damaged' from the whole thing.

According to Radar Online, Katie is eager to get back into the dating world again after seven months of living the single life, but according to sources she's vowing to take things slowly as she continues to recover from the "emotional scars" that were left after her five-year marriage.

Katies in a dilemma, because she wants to date but is concerned where it could lead to from there, a 'family insider' tells the website.
