Tom Cruise as Stacee Jaxx in Rock of Ages Film, Final Release Date, June 15, 2012

Tom Cruise is playing the role of Stacee Jaxx, the lead singer of Arsenal, in the movie adaptation of Rock of Ages. The movie is finally scheduled to be released on June 15, 2012.

According to entertainment news sites this month of March 2012, the completion of the cast started in February and lasted up to May 3, 2011.

The complete cast includes, Catherine Zeta-Jones as Patricia Whitmore, Julianne Hough as Sherrie Christian, Russell Brand as Lonny Barnett, Kevin Nash as Stacees body guard, Alec Baldwin as Dennis Dupree, Bryan Cranston as Mike Whitmore, Diego Boneta as Drew Boley, Paul Giamatti as Paul Gill, Malin Akerman as Constance Sack, and Mary J. Blige as Justice Charlier.

Rock of Ages is directed by Adam Shankman. The movie is completely different from what Cruises previous action movies like, the series of Mission Impossible, but reports say that the director stated that Tom Cruise could dance and sing as well.
