Tom Cruise looks pretty young, but the star is actually hitting 50 this July and the secret to his youthful looks and baby face? He smears poo on it!

Yes the Top Gun star keeps his face fresh using bird poo facials. But this isnt any old poo, the special treatment costs a whopping 135 and was invented by beautician to the stars Shizuka Bernstein.

A source close to the star revealed his grooming secret, telling Now magazine: "Tom doesn't go in for Botox or surgery, but he does pay close attention to all the new and popular natural treatments.

He recently started experimenting with the nightingale poo facial. It was recommended by a Hollywood pal and the results have been fantastic.
