Tom Cruise is a jet-setting mega star so no wonder the actor had to celebrate his daughter Suri's birthday early!

Tom has been flying around the world promoting his new movie Oblivion but that doesn't mean he hasn't managed to find time for the most important thing in his life- his little girl Suri. Whilst Suri doesn't turn seven until tomorrow, Tom has admitted he's already celebrated with his brithday girl.

Cruise called in to Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show on today and when asked how he plans to help Suri celebrate, the star replied, "Done already. All done. I take care of the kids early. You'll know -- you have to plan ahead for these things. It's all done and all celebrated."

The doting dad didn't elaborate on any specific details about their party but he did admit to indulging in some junk food. "I'll eat cake, cupcakes," he said. "I eat all that stuff!"

We're sure Suri's mum Katie Holmes will be showering the little girl in gifts and more cake when her official day rolls around tomorrow!

Whilst Tom enjoyed a party with Suri, he was up to a different kind of partying earlier this week in New York, enjoying a night on the town after a screening of his latest movie, science fiction epic Oblivion.

The pint-sized star was wearing a casual black bomber jacket and jeans as well as his trademark grin for an evening with pals at swanky Soho House in New York's Meatpacking District on Monday (April 15) following another round of promotion for the Joseph Kosinki directed film, which also stars Olga Kurylenko.

The pair have been the source of romantic speculation over recent weeks, with insiders claiming Olga currently involved with actor Danny Huston hit it off with her 50-year-old co-star as soon as they met on the remote, Icelandic set of Oblivion.
