She probably doesn't want to risk bumping into him unexpectedly, so it's no surprise that Katie Holmes has quit the agency that represents Tom Cruise.

According to Deadline.com, the mother-of-one has left CAA and has joined ICM partners instead.

'Mission Impossible' star, Tom, is said to have been a long-term client of CAA so it makes sense for his ex-wife to have left instead of him.

The move may also have something to do with the fact that Katie's latest stint on Broadway was cancelled early due to poor ticket sales.

Critics were not kind about her portrayal of an Ohio woman who lives at home with her parents, in the play Dead Accounts.

Katie gave her final performance on January 6 rather than February 24, and is set to be starring in an as-yet untitled film directed by Christian Camargo.

Deadline.com reports ICM executives are looking to help Katie "recapture that early mojo" with television and film roles."
