Tom Cruise had an 'absolute blast' starring in 'Jack Reacher'
Tom Cruise was very happy being offered the role of Jack Reacher in his newest action flick by the same name.
It took a lot of skill, but I had an absolute blast doing it. It was really fun. That car is a tricky car. The surfaces on the road were not always ideal, but I always wanted to do a car chase like that. So, I was very excited to have the opportunity to do it, the 50-year-old actor explained, according to Contact Music.
Gossip.net reported, Cruise raved about his character with Entertainment Tonight, calling Jack a unique character. The film has thus far received rave reviews and continues to hold its own at the box office.
The action film received 86 fresh ratings on the tomatometer with 75% of audience members enjoying the action packed film.
Jack Reacher is currently in second at the box office, having grossed $15.6 million, beating out This is 40 and Rise of the Guardians.
