Katie Holmes reportedly has no regrets about Tom Cruise split: Happiest divorced celebrity?

Katie Holmes isn't moping around after her divorce from Tom Cruise. On the contrary, she's "blissfully happy" just weeks after the split was finalized, a family insider tells RadarOnline.com.

"Katie is a new woman, she feels refreshed, free of Tom and doesnt have a worry in the world," the source says, adding that Katie is enjoying spending time with her family, and having more control over her career.

"Shes been enjoying the company of her family a lot more, something she couldnt really do when she was married to Tom. He controlled who she saw and he often wasnt so approving of her family. Tom also influenced what movies she appeared in, so she was unable to steer her career in the way she wanted to."

And then there's the elephant in the room ... Scientology. "Scientology was a huge fear for Katie too," the source tells Radar. "She was raised a devout Catholic and never committed herself to it fully."
