Tom Cruise not filing case against drunk trespasser

New York, Oct 31 (ANI): Tom Cruise will not be pressing charges against his drunk neighbour Jason Sullivan, who wandered onto the actor's Beverly Hills residence Sunday night.

Sullivan, who had been staying next door at the home of Cruise's agent Kevin Huvane, had reportedly mistaken the 'Mission: Impossible' star's property for Huvane's when he entered the grounds.

"Tom's not a vindictive guy," the New York Post quoted Cruise's attorney, Bert Fields, as telling TMZ.com.

"The guy was drunk. He didn't have a malicious intent," he said.

Cruise's security guard told Sullivan to leave, but instead he tried to climb over the wall to into the property.

The guard then used a stun gun on him.

He was arrested, cited for misdemeanor trespassing and released. (ANI)
